Kimberly Sullivan waived her appearance for Tuesday’s court hearing. The woman dubbed the “evil stepmom” is accused of holding her stepson hostage inside her Waterbury, Connecticut home for 20 years. Now, Sullivan's defense team is asking for her cellphone back and other items collected by detectives during their investigation.
