Police in Honea Path, South Carolina discovered 47 animals, a decomposing goat carcass, and an 8-month-old infant living in filth inside a home that appeared well-kept from the outside. The child’s parents, Michael Foley and Kayla Renard, were arrested and charged with unlawfully placing a child at risk, while authorities described the conditions as the worst they had ever seen.
