Alabama kindergarten teacher Heather Ozment has been arrested and indicted on first- and second-degree sexual abuse charges and for enticing minors into a vehicle or home for immoral purposes. Authorities say the alleged misconduct involved local teenagers, occurred after school hours, off school property, and did not involve her current students. Ozment was recently named “Teacher of the Year.” Law&Crime’s Chris Stewart has the facts of the arrest on this episode of On the Case.
