The New Mexico teen who allegedly dumped her baby in the trash after giving birth in the bathroom of a hospital is fighting to keep her taped confession out of court. Alexee Trevizo faces a first-degree murder charge for the death of her newborn. The then-19-year-old was allegedly caught on bodycam admitting to the crime after a nurse found the deceased infant in the bathroom.
