A Vermont substitute teacher was caught “tweaking” on cocaine inside her classroom after a student raised the alarm. Newly released police bodycam footage and arrest records reveal 42-year-old Melissa Martin struggling with officers as they secure her jacket and backpack, which allegedly contained cocaine, moments before students returned.
