A smiling wellness spa owner in Alabama, Whitney Cheatham, is accused of secretly running a major drug trafficking operation — alongside her husband and father. Investigators say the so-called “Smiling Trafficker” forged prescriptions for opioids, Adderall, and Xanax — part of a family conspiracy that’s now led to dozens of felony charges. Her husband and father, both with disturbing criminal pasts, are also facing charges — and now, Cheatham has just posted a $1 million bond as her shocking case heads to court.
