‘Family Man’ Chiropractor Secretly Recorded Nude Patients: Police

A well-known Batavia, Illinois chiropractor, Dr. David Hanson, once celebrated as a trusted family doctor and community member, is now accused of secretly recording more than 180 patients, including children as young as three, inside his office. Prosecutors allege Hanson hid cameras in treatment rooms, capturing patients while they were unclothed, and was later found with unrelated videos of child sexual abuse material. He now faces multiple counts of child pornography production, possession, and unauthorized recording, and is being held without bond as authorities search for additional potential victims.
