Newly unsealed FBI records reveal disturbing new details in the death of 18-year-old Anna Kepner aboard a Carnival cruise ship, including surveillance footage, alleged suspicious behavior by her stepbrother Timothy Hudson, and evidence suggesting he may have disposed of her damaged cell phone after her death.
