A newly released police report details the horrific conditions inside a Michigan home where 7-year-old Casper O'Brien, a nonverbal autistic boy who allegedly weighed 255 pounds, was found dead. The boy’s parents, Damien O'Brien and Jessica O'Brien, have since been charged with murder, torture, and child abuse. Investigators allege Casper lived in extreme filth, went years without medical care, had an unhealthy diet, and suffered from severe neglect. Law&Crime’s Chris Stewart is On the Case.
