After a severed arm bearing distinctive tattoos was discovered floating in Illinois’ Lake Mattoon, investigators identified the remains as 38-year-old Dalewayne Turner, launching a deeper search into what happened nearly three hours away at his home. Authorities say additional body parts were later recovered from a freezer, intensifying the investigation and leading to the arrest of two family members on charges including concealing a homicide and dismembering a human body.
