The E80W Grind by Sync is the latest in automation technology, syncing with your espresso machine so that it can adjust itself to ensure the perfect grind. It has brought up the question of “how much automation is too much?” Listen to this week's episode to hear Chris and Jared's thoughts on the importance of passion and curiosity, and how, although technology will always progress, nothing can replace the human investment of care and attention.
