Qantas makes history with Project Sunrise test flight

Qantas has completed its first Project Sunrise test flight, with an Airbus A350-1000 Ultra Long Range aircraft landing in Melbourne after a non-stop 17,000 kilometre journey from Toulouse, France. The flight took 19 hours and 15 minutes, carrying four pilots and five engineers along with specialised systems to measure aircraft performance.
