In an exclusive interview with radioNOVO News conducted Thursday morning, 7/23/26, Lebanon County District Attorney Pier Hess Graf discusses what she encountered upon visiting the "home" that a 5-year old, non-verbal boy escaped from during the early morning hours of July 10th. While the naked child, clutching a urine soaked blanket, was miraculously found uninjured by good Samaritans along a busy Lebanon County roadway, his discovery has now resulted in serious criminal charges for his 21-year old mother, 42-year old grandmother, and a 21-year old paramour of another resident of the filthy, cluttered Swatara Township "house from hell" from which he broke free.
