We remember mean scenes in Rugrats, and one particular cartoon bully! Gone are the fun facts and in come the obsessions of the week, which include Harry Potter, cooling towels and office furniture!! There's an audiobook ghostly story which is not bright, but not funereal... so we explore the depths in between.

Script 1

At the end of a week, however, Mary met with a serious accident. She was running across the croquet lawn to speak to her sister-in-law, when she tripped over a hoop that had been accidentally left there, and, in falling, ran a hatpin into her head. Blood poisoning ensued, and within a fortnight she was dead. Martha was the only one in the house who associated Mary's accident and death with the Piper; and she could not but suspect that, in some way or another, he had brought about the catastrophe.

About our guest:

It all started for Kelly Hicks when she watched a film about the making of the Disney “Alice in Wonderland” animation when she was a tiny child and thought how cool it was to see the people behind the voices, especially Alice. That stuck with her and her dream job was always working in a voice acting studio. Of course she then spent over 20 years as a pharmacy technician, mostly in a hospital or oncology setting… which, to be fair, opened the door to working in e-learning and corporate. But animation and gaming is really where she wants to be.
