Ring Protocol, a multi-chain DEX with over $5 billion in cumulative volume, has integrated dLIMIT and dTWAP, two decentralized order protocols built by Orbs, across Base, Arbitrum, Ethereum and BNB Chain. Traders on Ring can now set limit orders and split large trades over time without leaving self-custody, features that until recently required a centralized exchange. The integration matters beyond one DEX: roughly one in five crypto spot trades now happens on-chain, Orbs-powered execution already runs on 38 exchanges across 26 networks, and the competitive question in DeFi is shifting from who has liquidity to who has execution. What did Ring Protocol announce? On July 23, 2026, Ring Protocol integrated dLIMIT and dTWAP, decentralized limit order and TWAP protocols built by Orbs, bringing advanced on-chain order types to its traders on Base, Arbitrum, Ethereum and BNB Chain at no additional cost, with users retaining self-custody. What is dLIMIT? dLIMIT is a decentralized protocol by Orbs that executes a buy or sell order only when a trader's specified price is reached or improved, running on Orbs' Layer 3 validator network rather than a centralized matching engine. What is dTWAP? dTWAP is a decentralized time-weighted average price protocol that splits a large trade into smaller transactions executed over a configurable period, reducing price impact and slippage in on-chain liquidity pools. What is Ring Protocol? Ring Protocol is a multi-chain DEX built around Few Protocol, an asset-wrapping layer enabling virtual liquidity on top of AMM infrastructure. It reports over $5 billion in cumulative volume and $30 million in TVL across eight EVM chains. How widely used is Orbs' trading infrastructure? Orbs-powered order protocols are reported live on 38 decentralized exchanges across 26 networks, including PancakeSwap, SushiSwap and QuickSwap, with over $2.5 billion in spot volume processed since 2023.
