Everything flows from your heart: your thoughts, your attitude, your decisions, your actions. Many men focus on changing behavior while ignoring what's feeding that behavior, but God always starts at the source. The word "guard" is a military term, the same root as a watchman on a tower. So what are you watching? What voices are influencing you? What habits are shaping your thinking? The things you constantly allow in will eventually shape who you become.
