A Greek court has rejected Australia's extradition request for James Dalamangas, who was arrested at a Greek olive farm after 27 years on the run. Dalamangas is wanted over the murder of a man in a Sydney nightclub, but Greek judges ruled he cannot be extradited due to a local law imposing a 25-year statute of limitations for murder. The judges deliberated for more than eight hours before reaching their decision.
