Along the way, they discuss their impressions of Atlantis, the highlights and surprises of the trip, and the cultural history surrounding the Bahamas. With the country recently celebrating 53 years of independence 🇧🇸, the conversation turned toward the lasting impact of British colonial influence (and the complexity of that history), and how those influences continue to shape the identity of the Bahamas.
