It's the last episode of the Any Given Runday podcast and we want to thank YOU for listening in to us throughout the year!

It means a lot to us to have people listen each week, watch the listenership grow and hear feedback on the podcast. We hope that it has helped, in some small way, to help inspire and motivate you along your fitness journey!
