The PMHNP is managing a patient with treatment-resistant schizophrenia who continues to have positive symptoms despite appropriate trials with two different antipsychotic regimens. When considering initiation of clozapine, the NP considers that which of the following apply?  

A. The absolute neutrophil count must be > 1000/mm3 to start treatment
