He’s 5’7”, 180 lbs, with green eyes, brown hair, and a goatee. His grey 2014 Dodge Charger (license plate 8HRU209) was spotted in Merced County in June — a key clue. The sheriff’s office received the report at the end of June and has been investigating without success.
