Josh Hunsucker refused an autopsy, had his wife cremated within two days, and filed for her life insurance before the week was out.

It would take a mother's suspicion, a preserved blood sample nobody expected to still exist, and over a year of investigation to reveal what actually happened to Stacy Hunsucker — and how closely it echoed a case just thirty miles away.
