There is an epidemic in this country, and no, it's not obesity or heart disease. It's mass surveillance of American citizens happening in real time, all under the guise of safety. And one of the ways this is spreading across the United States at a rapid pace is through cameras mounted on just about every street corner, called "flocking cameras" or "flock cameras."
