It's easy to assume you're doing something wrong, but our next guest says that's often not the case. Adrian Leckie, Toronto-based career coach, spends a lot of time reviewing applications and interviewing candidates, and he says one of the biggest mistakes new grads make is failing to show employers the impact they've actually had.
