EPISODE DESCRIPTION

Rachel went quiet for a few weeks. Not because she ran out of things to say. But because life got heavy.

In this solo episode, Rachel speaks honestly about what it is like to be the one who manages when something hard happens. The one who makes the tea and holds it together and cries in the car on the way to school drop-off and then pulls themselves together and carries on.

About the guilt of stepping back from the things you love. About the permission to slow down without calling it failure. And about the thing that kept coming back to her through all of it.

We think we have time. We worry ourselves small. We hold back from the things we really want to do because of what people might think.

But life has a way of making you stop. And in the stopping, if you pay attention, there is usually something worth hearing.

This is one of the most personal episodes Rachel has recorded. And probably one of the most important.
