Then, Josh previews the preliminary hearing for singer d4vd, whose legal name is David Burke. Burke has pleaded not guilty to murder and related charges in the death of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez. The hearing begins tomorrow and is expected to last roughly four days as prosecutors present evidence and a judge determines whether the case should proceed to trial.
