A member once told me she felt like she was "cheating on me" because she started a GLP 1. In today's episode, I'm talking about why we care so much about how other people reach their goals, and why I believe every person deserves the freedom to make decisions about their own body without shame. I won't ever promote one path over another, because that's not my business. If you want help weighing out the pros vs cons, sure but ultimately.. it's your choice. Someone else's journey doesn't have to look like yours.
