In this episode of Butterfly Arose I talk about a new book titled Incorruptible, written by Eric Ries. He advocates for private companies to organize themselves legally and culturally so they serve their customers and employees. This is contrary to the how some external investors act by demanding maximum profits even in ways that devalue customers and employees. I use the example of how my healthcare provider and Epic, the software company that stores customer information, were built to that protect their customer and employee centered values.
