Cindi McEachon resigned from Buffalo's School Board in June. Now, she's speaking out about the dysfunction that led to her leaving the job. This as allegations of sexual harassment are made against former superintendent Pascal Mubenga and current board member Muki Hawkins. McEachon tells us what needs to happen for the culture to change.
