Description
Henry Seidlitz Sr. is a third-generation farmer in Saskatchewan. He served as chairman of the Buffalo Plains School Division for more than a decade during the 1980s and 1990s. At a time when the provincial government was closing small rural schools, he played a key role in expanding the division by building new elementary schools in Regina Beach, Pilot Butte, White City, and Edenwold. In the early 2000s, he was awarded the TESSA Award for his outstanding contributions with land stewardship.
