In this episode of Heads Talk, I am joined by Erik van Haaren, a seasoned digital technology specialist and a business transformation expert.
They focus on the current business climate and how businesses are moving from Panic to Stabilization and on to Growth or what Erik refers to as the 3 Stages of Surviving. Including how businesses are factoring in supply chain risk management and using digitalisation to restructure their operations.
Erik has over 30 years of consulting experience, including 25 years of leadership positions. He is a CEO with clients in Europe, Asia and the Americas. He has been a partner at Deloitte as well as Infosys Consulting, where he embarked on business development in the Nordic region and market introduction in Switzerland. Today, Erik divides his time between his consulting business, being on the board of advisors for Aurelius Enterprise and a Professor of digital transformation at Zigurat Innovation and Technology Business School.
