Teswill, who missed critical medication and may be experiencing seizures or psychosis, is Black, 5’8”, 150 lbs, with a twisted afro and shaved sides, last seen in a red shirt and black pants. Theo, 5’11”, 180 lbs, with an afro and shaved head, was last seen wearing unknown clothing. Authorities are asking the public to come forward with any information — no lead is too small.
