Description
Luna stands in the buried theater beneath the city, surrounded by rows of silent children. The cloaked figure offers her a final choice: become the first Marguerite and undo everything, but forget the woman in the mirror was ever her. As she reaches for the mirror, she hears her mother's voice from behind a velvet curtain—not the ghost, not Clara, but her mother as a child in 1985. Luna follows the voice into a memory where the bargain was first broken, and finds her mother holding a different name written in the book. The episode ends with Luna's hand on the page, the ink forming a word she has never seen, as the ghost-light flickers and the children begin to sing her name.
