The Terrible Podcast – Darnell Washington's Weight, Joe Clark's Offseason Thoughts, Six More 90-In-30 Series Players & More
Description
July 17, 2026 -
Season 16, Episode 164 of The Terrible Podcast is now in the can. In this Friday morning show, Alex Kozora and I are joined once again by Joe Clark and the three of us get right into discussing the latest concerning the Pittsburgh Steelers ahead of training camp getting underway in less than two weeks.
Steelers backup TE JJ Galbreath recently provided an update on fellow TE Darnell Washington and his weight, so we make sure to discuss his comments on the subject.
With Joe back on the show for the first time in a while, Alex and I get his thoughts on the Steelers now that the offseason is winding down. We go over Joe's opinion on the state of the 91-man roster, favorite and least favorite offseason moves, the hiring of HC Mike McCarthy, and several things he's interested in learning about the team through the first week of training camp.
After thoroughly discussing the latest topical subjects and news concerning the Steelers, in addition to Alex and I getting Joe's thoughts on the team ahead of training camp, the three of us talk in-depth about six more players in my annual 90-in-30 training camp preview series.
The six players we discuss are: CB Joey Porter Jr., CB Daryl Porter, ILB Patrick Queen, S Jalen Ramsey, QB Aaron Rodgers, and DT Gabriel Rubio. We give the summer outlook for each player and the chances a few of them have at sticking in Pittsburgh once the preseason ends.
As part of the six players the three of us discuss during this show, we take deeper dives into Joey Porter Jr. and Patrick Queen in terms of 2026 expectations and the kind of seasons both players can have.
This 100-minute episode also discusses several other minor topics not noted in the recap above and we end this podcast by answering a few questions we received via email from listeners.
