goals:

help EAs and AIS folks over 30min advisory calls to quickly know their options to work in the USA, navigate the confusion (and frustration).
connect them to a Signal groupchat community consisting of people who have gone thru the process

how you can help:

please spread widely to your org's HR / People Ops team or people who are going through visa challenges to secure a high-impact job offer / wondering what options they have and how it might look like
hoping to help especially people without the means to afford a lawyer consultation (though there are often free consultations available!)
