In this capacity, she serves as the primary advisor to the Secretary of Defense for information technology (IT); information assurance; satellite communications; spectrum; and position, navigation and timing programs.
Dr. Fletcher has a serious job, but doesn't take herself too seriously. She delivers no-nonsense advice for federal employees on government computer and network usage in a way we can all understand.
