Today, I want to talk about something that isn't discussed enough in college recruiting. We spend years helping athletes get recruited, commit to a college, and achieve the dream of competing in NCAA gymnastics. But what happens after you arrive on campus?
At first, everything revolves around making the lineup, learning your routines, balancing classes, and adjusting to college life. Those are all important goals.
But eventually, something changes.
You begin to realize that college gymnastics is about much more than scores, routines, or even championships.
It's about people.
It's about relationships.
It's about the legacy you leave behind.
