Story Transcript:

En: The sun shyly rose above the horizon, coloring the clouds in gentle pink hues.

En: The summer heat quietly spread across the golden fields, where wildflowers danced in the wind.

En: On the outskirts of the city, however, stood an emergency hospital camp.

Sl: Bele šotore so obkrožale cvetoče lipe, ki so nudile senco obiskovalcem in delavcem.
En: White tents were surrounded by blooming lipe trees, offering shade to visitors and workers.

Sl: Anže je stal pred glavnim šotorom, nervozno mečkal svoj seznam nalog.
En: Anže stood in front of the main tent, nervously crumpling his list of tasks.

En: Everything seemed simpler in the classroom when he dreamed of how easy it would all be.

Sl: Njegov cilj je bil jasen - narediti spremembo v življenju pacientov in navdušiti svetovalno delavko Majo.
En: His goal was clear - to make a change in the lives of patients and impress the counselor Maja.

Sl: Kljub temu je bil nesiguren.
En: Yet he was uncertain.

Sl: Ali bo lahko uresničil projekt?
En: Would he be able to realize the project?

Sl: Bo zmogel pridobiti dovoljenje bolnišnice in zbrati dovolj sošolcev za pomoč?
En: Could he gain the hospital's permission and gather enough classmates to help?

En: Maja was already waiting in her office at the school, but this time was not for her.

Sl: Moral je k direktorju bolnišnice.
En: He had to go to the hospital director.

Sl: Ko je pogledal dol, je njegov prijateljici Zali prišel nasproti.
En: As he looked down, his friend Zala approached.

En: "Anže, this will work," she said with a smile that always set the engine of his doubts running.

Sl: "Prišla sem, da ti pomagam.
En: "I came to help you."

Sl: "Skupaj sta stopila proti bolnišničnemu direktorju.
En: Together, they walked towards the hospital director.

En: His heart loudly echoed in his chest as he presented his idea.

Sl: Direktor, gospod Novak, je bil človek strogega videza, a blagih oči.
En: The director, Mr. Novak, was a man of strict appearance but gentle eyes.

En: Anže explained everything about the project - how the students could help the patients, improve the atmosphere, and maybe learn something new.

Sl: Po kratkem premoru je gospod Novak prikimal.
En: After a brief pause, Mr. Novak nodded.

Sl: "V redu, mladenič.
En: "Alright, young man.

Sl: Imaš moje dovoljenje.
En: You have my permission.

En: But also convince your classmates," he said with a slight smile.

Sl: Anže je izdihnil s pravim občutkom olajšanja.
En: Anže exhaled with a true sense o
