Edward Carter not only frequented the illegal massage parlor regularly, he'd become so close with the owner, Tammy Papler, that she'd hired him to do maintenance. Edward Carter got a little to comfortable and soon, he and Tammy Papler had a falling out. She banned Edward Carter from the brothel. Then the murders occurred. Charges of a police coverup began swirling and the case went cold. Two decades later, it would be reopened and when it was, it tore this tiny town apart.
