It was previously reported that Jack Smith obtained “toll records” or ‘call logs’ of members of Congress. In fact, Jack Smith said under oath that he did not read any text messages – but this is not true. “I received records from DOJ confirming Jack Smith’s investigative team reviewed the contents of text msgs sent by 44 MEMBERS OF CONGRESS Im 1 of the 44,” Grassley said on Tuesday.
