Description

What if the greatest lessons in life aren't learned through success—but through discipline, presence, and the courage to keep showing up?

In this inspiring episode of Shine In & Out, Samantha Stoltz sits down with internationally acclaimed model, former Cirque du Soleil performer, and movement artist Laetitia Bouffard Roupe to explore discipline, purpose, presence, resilience, creativity, body awareness, personal growth, and how the lessons learned through ballet can shape every area of life.

After training at the prestigious Paris Opera Ballet School and performing on some of the world's biggest stages, Laetitia discovered that true success isn't measured by achievements alone. It's built through consistency, self-awareness, trusting your body, and embracing every moment with intention.
