Et: "Kas me oleme kindlad, et see on hea mõte?"
En: "Are we sure this is a good idea?"
Et: küsis ta.
En: he asked.
Et: Maarja naeratas kavalalt, silmad särades.
En: Maarja smiled slyly, her eyes shining.
En: "There might be something interesting inside," she replied.
Et: "Kas sa ei ole uudishimulik?"
En: "Aren't you curious?"
En: It was a summer day, and the sun shone over the old roof tiles.
Et: Hoone seisis linnaserval, heidutades oma kõleduses.
En: The building stood on the edge of the city, daunting in its desolation.
En: "Are you sure you can handle it?"
Et: küsis Tiit ettevaatlikult.
En: asked Tiit cautiously.
Et: Maarja noogutas kindlalt.
En: Maarja nodded confidently.

En: Dust rose up beneath their footsteps, and numerous dust particles drifted in the soft sunbeams.
Et: "Hingata on raske," sosistas Maarja vaikselt, kuid jätkas siiski edasi liikumist.
En: "It's hard to breathe," Maarja whispered softly, but she continued to move forward.

En: As they went deeper into the building, Maarja began to cough.
Et: Tiit jäi peatuma, käed taskutes närviliselt siputamas.
En: Tiit stopped, nervously fidgeting with his hands in his pockets.
En: "Maarja, maybe we should turn back," he suggested.
Et: Maarja raputas pead.
En: Maarja shook her head.
En: "I can manage," she replied, although there was a slight tremble in her voice.
En: They reached the center of the room when Maarja's breathing suddenly became more difficult.
Et: Ta peatus, surus käed oma rinnale.
En: She stopped and clutched her chest with her hands.
Et: Tiit tormas tema kõrvale.
En: Tiit rushed to her side.

En: "Maarja, this is too dangerous!
Et: Peame nüüd välja minema!"
En: We need to get out now!"
En: Maarja wanted to argue, but her breathing turned into a wheeze.
