The Gordie Howe International Bridge between Windsor, Ont., and Detroit is set to open on July 27 after months of delays from the U.S. administration. A new deal will see a U.S. development fund get 50 per cent of the toll profits for 15 years, despite Canada paying for the entire $6.4-billion bridge.
