Rapper Rod Wave Gets Mad at Police, Charged With Reckless Driving
ST. PETERSBURG, FL -- On the evening of 12/04/2022, an officer noticed a gray Mercedes driving recklessly through a neighborhood. Police attempted to get behind the vehicle, but due to its high speed of travel, law enforcement terminated their attempt at pulling the car over. However, the vehicle was later relocated, allowing officers to conduct a traffic stop.The driver, popular Florida rapper 'Rod Wave,' made it a point to deny everything. During their interaction, a group of bystanders were watching the whole time. Rod ended up becoming aggravated, claiming the stop qualified as harassment, and he's just helping out the community. Apparently, part of doing so means running stop signs, cutting people off, and speeding.
