Police responded to a report of a stolen wallet. The victim observed a couple using his credit card at a nearby CVS. The woman who used the card told police that another couple gave them the card to purchase shampoo and conditioner to keep if they did them a favor.Police located the female who was with the man accused of stealing the credit card.
She wasn't going to be arrested due to not being in possession of the card but chose to run anyway. In the midst of the chaos, police made contact with a man they observed walking near the female suspect earlier. They believed this man was involved in the incident, but quickly learned he wasn't.The credit card and the male suspect were not located. The female suspect was cited for obstruction and resisting and released on-scene.
