Every year, Bhanu Jayanti is celebrated to honour the contributions of pioneering Nepali poet Bhanu Bhakta Acharya. On the occasion of the 213th Bhanu Jayanti, we revisit a conversation with Prakash Poudel, Maheshwor Sharma and Bhabana Parajuli Bastakoti from the New South Wales chapter of the International Nepali Literary Society (INLS), who spoke to SBS Nepali about Acharya's lasting influence on the Nepali language and literature, as well as his enduring legacy for generations of Nepali speakers.
