Today we are speaking with Transformation Coach, Sandra Compton.  Sandra Compton is known as Coach Compton with 21 years experience in the fitness industry. 

Sandra taught and practiced all things kickboxing/boxing coach, weight training, yoga instructor, reiki practitioner and life coach.   She is dedicated to helping women with their mindset on fitness, nutrition and weight loss, while educating others on healthy lifestyles. That there are no quick fixes or cookie cutter programs when it comes to a healthy lifestyle. Sandra is a true believer that Movement is Medicine.
