The breathing has gone silent, but a new sound emerges from the basement — a heartbeat. Luna descends to find a room full of empty cribs and a single bassinet with a name tag that reads 'Luna.' The episode ends with her hand hovering over the bassinet, the breathing beginning anew in her own chest.
