When Hard Work Isn’t Enough
Sometimes we work really hard without seeing results.
But sometimes our seed, like the sower’s in the parable, falls on good soil.
“Other seeds fell on good soil and brought forth grain…” — from Matthew 13:8
A poor harvest doesn’t necessarily mean the sower is poor or the seed is bad.
Sometimes our work simply needs receptive soil.
Like the sower, our calling is to keep going and keep sowing until we find it.
