Just three months ago, North Vancouver District Council voted to reject Chemtrade's request to keep producing liquid chlorine at its Maplewood plant because of safety concerns. This week, they completely reversed themselves.

When the province unveiled its latest estimate for replacing the George Massey Tunnel, there was a collective gasp. The price tag has ballooned from just over $4 billion to $8.5 billion. What is driving this massive increase?!
